Refund Policy

Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your purchase. All returned items must have original tags intact, be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when originally delivered. Where applicable, any designer packaging such as dust bags, tags, or complimentary gifts must also be returned, as they are considered part of the product.

Please contact our Customer Care team in advance to arrange a return. You may be required to provide proof of purchase (receipt), images of the item, and your contact information.
Note: Returns sent without prior notification will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Our after-sales team will process your return upon receipt. We strive to issue a suitable refund or exchange as soon as possible. Providing the tracking number for your return package helps us anticipate its arrival.

If you have returned an item but have not received confirmation from us, please contact us at customerservice@markfast.net.
Once the refund is processed, it may take up to ten business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Return Shipping Fee

If you are returning an item, you are responsible for the return shipping cost to Hong Kong, China. The specific cost will depend on the courier you choose.
If a replacement is required due to our error—such as receiving a damaged item or incorrect size—you will not be responsible for shipping fees.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only guaranteed for a product of equal retail value. We cannot guarantee the exact replacement of limited edition, discontinued, or out-of-stock items.

General Terms

In case of disputes, we reserve the final right of decision, including the right to terminate or modify our services, terms, and conditions without prior notice.
